Delicious rice salad with tuna!

Hello, Steemians

When I have no idea of what to cook, I usually prepare this dish. It is very simple, easily adjusted according to your taste and delicious.

I like to prepare this dish when we have friends coming over. It is light, the tuna makes it good for those who eat meat and for those who don't eat meat. And once you started eating is hard to stop. Really!

Ingredients:

  • the basic ingredients are: rice, tuna, (red) onion and parsley
  • then I added: quinoa, red beans, sweet corn.
    You can get creative and choose from this list: green beans/lentils/mung bean, pickles (cucumber is the best!), also you can mix more types of rice.

In the end, I add some mayonnaise to bring all the ingredients together. If you want to use something healthier, I recommend you to mix mustard with yoghurt and some olive oil.

When you have everything in a big bowl. You add some mayonnaise/ some yoghurt+mustard+olive oil.
