Good nigth everyone, this time I will post a new recipe with 20 cloves of garlic, curious to try this recipe, because it uses a lot of garlic, until 20! But fitting already so, apparently the garlic taste not pierced like an estimate. In fact make the taste sauce so delicious .. hehehe ... this is the material please note ..
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 chicken thighs - cut for 2
Salt and black pepper
2 potatoes - wash, cut the box (skin not peeled)
2 carrots - cut into length
Sauce material: |

1 onion - sliced |
20 cloves of garlic |
1 tsp thyme |
1 tsp oregano |
1 tbsp of wheat flour |
2 cup liquid milk |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
3 tbsp butter or margarine |
Salt and black pepper |
- Spread the chicken with salt, black pepper & olive oil. Let stand for a moment.
- Heat the butter in the wok and then input the chicken. Cook over low heat so the inside of the chicken is cooked. Approximately 5-10 minutes per side. Once cooked, lift and put in a heat resistant dish with potatoes & carrots. Start to heat the oven.
- With the remaining cooking oil of chicken, saute onion until wilted. Then add the flour. Stir hinnga flour slightly browned. Then input milk, garlic and other spices. After thickening, enter the sauce into a heat-resistant dish with chicken.
- Roast chicken & vegetables into the oven for about 20-30 minutes. Lift serve.
