How to Cook Chicken Stew

Hello stemians .
How are you today ? Long enough not greet you all because of my busyness solid . welcomes wekend I fill the time to cook a chicken stew. I often cook to relieve boredom and fatigue daily activities

           


The main ingredient
:  
1 whole chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tsp salt Cooking oil for frying to taste
diced tempeh

Seasoning :
12 red onions, puree
8 cloves garlic, crushed
8 nutmeg hazelnut puree
4 tsp coriander, crushed
1 tablespoon pepper, crushed
3 tsp fine salt
4 cm galangal, flattened right
1 nutmeg
10 pieces of cloves
1000 ml of boiled water
12 teaspoons soy sauce



How to make :

-
Rub the chicken with salt and vinegar, then fried in oil that has been heated until it turns golden brown color. Lift off and then drain

                               
                               

                               

                                  




                                

-  Saute ground spices and ginger that has been crushed, nutmeg and cloves in hot oil (to taste) until fragrant.

                                   


                                    

                              

 
                           Pour the water and soy sauce, stir again for all the flavors to infuse, wait until boiling. 


                                         



                           Add the chicken and tempeh fried earlier, and then stir and back and forth until blended.

                                         


                                         


            Lower the heat and continue cooking until the water runs out and spices really seep into the chicken.

            


         If the chicken is already tender and cooked, remove and serve. Do not forget to sprinkle with fried onions.
