Cream puff swan
Cream puff is served dessert, very delicious eaten cold from the refrigerator. a round cake that is hollow and filled with fla is often also used as a bridal meal.

Usually one dough we can make 20 pieces of cream puff or 40 swan cream puff.
Ingrediets

CREAM PUFF
- 250 ml of water

- 250 ml fresh milk
- 100 gm sugar
- 50 gm custrad flour
- 2 pieces of chicken eggs
How to make :
- Mix all butter and sugar water. stir slowly to boil over low heat.
- Then enter the flour while fucked slowly then after a few minutes the flour will clot into the dough. turn off the heat and rest for a few minutes
- The next stage after the dough we let stand about 15 to 20 minutes, put the dough into the container then mix 3 egg yolks and mixer until smooth and soft

Make vla cream contents :
Prepare materials :
250ml fresh milk
100 Gm sugar Gm
50 gm custard
