Chicken stuffed with cottage cheese and dried tomatoes
Ingredients
- 5-6 dried tomatoes ;
- several branches of basil;
- 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- ½ lemon;
- 2 chicken breasts;
- dried herbs - to taste;
- some vegetable oil.
Cooking
Finely chop dried tomatoes and basil leaves and mix them with curd. Season with salt and pepper and add a little lemon juice.
Make a deep longitudinal incision in the breasts and put the curd filling inside. Rub the chicken with dried herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice and place in the pan with the heated oil. Cook for several minutes on each side until lightly browned. Then put the breasts on a baking tray and bake at 220 ° C for about 10 minutes.
