1 t-spoon red chilli powder
1/2 t-spoon oregano
1 t-spoon hot oil
salt to taste
Other stuff
Oil to fry

Method -
For the fill mix
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well and divide it into 12 equal parts and put it aside.
For solution
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and make a soft slurry with enough water. Put aside one.
Fill each chilli with a part of the fill mixture.
Dip the chilli in the solution and stir until it turns brown in the hot oil from the four sides.
Make more pakoras with the remaining ingredients. Take out the oil-absorbing paper and heat hot sauce with hot and soft dip.
