A very simple to make recipe
First just cook up some bacon about four strips and then set them aside on a clean plate.
Next pour some Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the hot frying pan and cook up about two Chicken Breasts that are without bones in them.
Take and place them on the cutting board and cut into thin strips
When that is done go on to the next step and heat the water in a large deep pan for boiling the Pennie Pasta.
While the Pasta is boiling Welt some baby spinach in the Leftover olive oil from cooking the Chicken once the spinach is welted add some heavy cream and Salt and pepper along with a package of Sun-Dried Tomatoes and mix into the sauce completely while adding a package of shredded Paramasian Cheese.
Mix the cheese into the sauce with the heavy cream and other ingredients until the sauce starts to thicken.
Now add the cut-up Chicken breast and the spices like the salt and Black pepper as well as a pitch of red pepper flakes and some Parley and Cilantro for added taste and flavor.
Once the Pennie pasta has boiled to the point it's floating in the water it's done.
Pour the contents into a stainer to stain the pasta from the water and place the pasta on a clean plate.
Add the sauce over the pasta and spread it out evenly like you see in the picture.
Sprinkle some more Watkins Parley and other Watkins spices over the dish for added taste.
Serve and enjoy.
