Un sencillo plato lleno de recuerdos.

Hay ocasiones en que los recuerdos llegan solos y algunos aromas nos los traen a la mente.

Al ser emigrante hay muchas cosas que extraño entre ellas la comida, sobre todo la carne ya que es tan blanda que la puedes cortar con una cuchara.

Así que para rememorar el momento prepare un bife ancho acompañado de una ensalada sencilla de lechuga y a disfrutar.
