{New Recipe} Crunchy Cornflake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250 gr butter (me : 150gr wismen, 100gr blue band)
  • 165 gr refined sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 65 gr of cornflakes, mash lightly
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 310 grams flour (me: blue triangle)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200 gr of cornflakes, mash lightly (for the rolls)

How to Make

  • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside

  • Mixer the butter and powdered sugar with high speed until smooth and pale. Approximately 3-5 minutes

  • Lower speed of mixer jd most low, add the eggs and vanilla mix well. Turn off the mixer

  • Add the flour in the sifter last, and stir well using a spatula

  • Add another 65gr cornflakes, mix well

  • Refrigerate the dough 20-25 minutes in the refrigerator. After 25 minutes, remove the dough.

  • Round the dough and roll in cornflakes. (Dsni my disposable spoon 1/2 tbsp for 1 orb, so orb be great)

  • Bake in oven 180 degrees until cooked
