Recipe sauté flower papaya:
- Prepare 250 grams of fresh papaya flowers
Young papaya leaves to taste, cut into small pieces (I use cassava leaf 1 bunch no one selling papaya leaves in the market)
Salted fish taste to taste, 1 splint galangal,
- Make seasoning:
7 cloves of onion + 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Cayenne pepper according to taste, cut into slaughter
Curly red pepper, cut into slaughter
2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
4 orange leaves
Salt + sugar to taste
- Wash papaya flowers and papaya leaves until clean. Boil in boiling water with tamarind water and a little salt. Boil until wilted and cooked. Lift and drain. Squeeze the water in papaya flowers and papaya leaves, set aside
- Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add cayenne pepper and curly red pepper
- Enter the salted fish + galangal + salt + sugar and orange leaves. Stir until blended and flavored
- Then enter the flowers and papaya leaves and stir until absorbed, so the seasoning well, add a little water and cook again until cooked
