Ingredients:
110 g of sugar
1 egg
70 g of melted butter
150 ml of milk
180 gr flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
For decorating:
50 g butter
50 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation
Rub the sugar with the egg until the composition becomes like a white foam. You can mix it manually or with the mixer.
Add melted and cooled butter. Mix for 1 minute.
Add the milk and finally the flour mixed with baking powder, nutmeg and lemon peel. This time, mix it manually, only until the flour is incorporated.
Brush the muffins tray with butter and powdered with flour. Divide the dough into shapes to fill 2/3 of them.
Bake in the oven at 190C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and then out of the mold. If you have brushed the shapes well, donuts will not stick to the tray at all and you will have no trouble removing them.
Melt the butter over low heat. Mix the sugar with cinnamon.
Brush the donuts with butter on all sides. Pass through the aromatic sugar.
