1 kilo Chicken fillet
1 small can Pineapple Tidbits
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
salt, pepper and sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 slice ng cheddar cheese
Marinade the chicken with salt, pepper and syrup of pineapple tidbits. Store the flesh.
