To make this chili, you need a slow cooker and a whole day to let it cook... So it's better the next day, but hey! Its chili, so any time is a good time for chillin'!

Ingredients:
Beans (I used white kidney and black beans for a contrast in color

Fresh tomatoes blended into a puree with cilantro stems, 5 garlic cloves and any fresh or steamed greens you have available. I used dandelion leaves that had been steamed and dressed with olive oil and more garlic...

Sautéed onions with céleri if you have any, I added blueberries cause I have a lot on the fridge, and trust me, sounds weird, but adds a great amount of acidity and natural sweetness.

A can of tomato juice

Lentils (I used a can of lentil soup cause that what I had)

Combine all of this I. The slow cooker, add coriander seeds, cumin, chilies to your desired spice level, paprika and salt!

Cook on high for at least 5 hours. I finished it on low for a total of 7-8 hours total cooking time.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime..
Sour cream could do too!
