冬瓜性寒凉,富含多种维生素和氨基酸,有消脂、降血脂、消暑、利尿、降血压等功效,老少咸宜。但其性凉,有消化系统疾病和体虚的人最好不要常吃。
冬瓜是不含脂肪的瓜菜。冬瓜富含蛋白质、糖类及少量的铁、钙、磷等矿物质和其它营养素。并富含丙醇二酸成分,能抑制糖类物质转化为脂肪成分,并且有助于利尿。
今天,我要为大家介绍的是冬瓜煲猪骨汤食谱。猪骨含有丰富的营养,尤其是有助于补钙。在夏热的天气里,来碗清凉解暑的冬瓜保健汤吧!
冬瓜肉干猪骨汤
份量: 3-4人份
食材
冬瓜 300克
猪骨 300克
原味猪肉干 100克
蜜枣 2粒
枸杞 10克
红枣 10-15粒
沸水 1公升
盐 少许
做法
将冬瓜皮洗净,可以将冬瓜皮去掉或保留。 然后在砧板上把冬瓜切成小厚片状,备用。
在砧板上,将猪骨剁成小块状,洗净。然后浸泡在沸水中十分钟左右再拿出备用。
将红枣和蜜枣洗净。然后将红枣切开去掉种子备用。
将冬瓜、猪骨、蜜枣、红枣、枸杞、猪肉干和沸水放入汤锅中,盖上锅盖以大火将一大祸水煮沸。肉干是整锅汤口感更佳,除了肉干也可以用烧猪骨代替,口味也一样棒喔!
待整锅水煮沸后,就可以转小火继续煮一个小时半。
等待汤煮好后,就可开锅盖试味了。这锅汤加了蜜枣所以会有清甜口感。可依个人口味加入少许的盐调味。
调好味后,就可将冬瓜肉干猪骨汤端出桌上慢慢享用了。
