嗨,大家好。今天我要与大家分享的是一道参巴酱炒菜食谱。在这到食谱中,我个人因不爱吃太辣所以就没放入小辣椒。喜欢吃重口味的可以依个人喜好多加入参巴酱或小辣椒一起烹调。快学起来动手做吧!
∼∼参巴炒长豆角∼∼
食材
长豆角 300克
虾米 40克
参巴酱 1茶匙
蚝油 2小匙
蒜 40克
盐 ½小匙
玉米粉 ½小匙
食油 1汤匙
清水 ½杯
做法
首先,将长豆角洗净。然后在砧板上将它切成一寸半左右的长度备用。
将蒜米皮去掉,洗净然后在砧板上切成蒜末。
将虾米浸泡一会儿,然后洗净再切细备用。
将食油倒入热锅中,当油烧热后就可将蒜米、参巴酱、盐和虾米倒入锅中煎香即可,大概需时2至3分钟左右。
等蒜和虾米炒香后,就可将长豆角倒入锅内,翻炒一分钟左右,就可倒入清水,盖上锅盖以中火焖煮三分钟或焖煮至微软为止。
当长豆角焖熟后,就可打开锅盖试味,可以个人口味加入蚝油调味,再加入玉米粉参少许水搅均让菜汁变浓一些即可。
取出豆角放入盘中,一碟热腾腾的参巴炒长豆角就可以端上桌面慢慢享用了。
