Hi Steemit friends, today I would like to share with you double peanut butter and milk chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients:
Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
Egg - 1
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Plain flour (maida) - 1-1/4 cups
Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Sugar - ¾ cup
Creamy Peanut Butter - ⅓ cup
Unsalted butter - ½ cup (1 stick)softened
Milk Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
Peanut Butter Chips - 1 cup
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 180 C, 10 mins before baking. Line a baking sheet with parchment / baking paper.
2.Beat butter, sugar and peanut butter in medium bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, blending well. Stir in milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto lined baking sheets.
3.Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
