I'm with the idea of a delicious and simple hot appetizer

Servings: 3
Ingredients:
- small champignons - 500 gr,
- eggs - 3 pcs.,
- milk or cream - 2 tablespoons.
- bread crumbs - 1 glass,
- salt - a pinch,
- vegetable oil for deep-frying - about 0,5 l
For sauce:
- sour cream - 250 gr,
- greens (dill and parsley) - 1 bunch,
- garlic - 1 clove,
- lemon juice - 1 tsp,
- salt, black pepper.
Preparation:
The first step is to prepare the sauce so that it stays a little before use.
In sour cream add the chopped greens, squeeze garlic, salt, pepper, add lemon juice and stir
Champignons are good for washing, let's dry out and put on bamboo skewers. Too long legs can be cut.
Eggs shaken whisk with milk, cream or just water, podsalivaem. In another bowl, pour out the breadcrumbs
Champignon we dip into the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs, then dip it into the egg again and into the breadcrumbs - the breading turns dense and keeps well on the mushrooms.
And I really liked the process of breading with skewers. On them, then the mushrooms are fried and served
While we are making breading, warm the vegetable oil in the cauldron on the stove. Oils need so much to cover the mushrooms, laid out in one layer.
We lower mushrooms on skewers in butter and fry until a ruddy crust
Ready mushrooms I spread on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
We serve directly on skewers with lettuce leaves and sour cream sauce.
The snack is simple, but very tasty! Try it)))
In the same way, you can make chicken breast pieces, lightly boiled cauliflower, broccoli, cheese.

This looks fantastic! I love any kind of stuffed mushroom. I actually just ordered some for lunch today on my delivery app and was really disappointed by their flavor and breading. You made them look so beautiful and i'm sure they must have tasted as good as they look. I definitely want to try this out one day if I get a chance! I'm moving in with some friends and they have a deep fryer so we'll see!
