For sauce:
- natural yogurt \ - 300 ml,
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves,
- greens (dill, parsley) \ - 1 bundle,
- salt,
- black pepper,
- lemon juice \ - 1 tsp,
- olive oil \ - 1 tsp.
For salad:
- leaf lettuce (lettuce) \ - 1 bunch,
- arugula - 1 bunch,
- basil \ - a pair of twigs,
- tomatoes \ -class \ - 200 gr,
- olives \ - 1 pot,
- wine vinegar \ - 1 tsp.
- salt,
- olive oil.
By the same principle, you can fry cheese of Panir or Adyghe type. With it it's even easier \ - he does not run away from the breading))) If you use hard cheese, it melts and turns viscous (while hot)
Salat, of course, too, can be any in composition at your discretion. You can add sweet pepper, cucumber, take a different composition of greens, etc._
Preparation:
Cut the cheese into blocks with a thickness of about 1 cm
We put it in a package in one layer and put it away for a little while in the freezer, so that it will cool off well.
At this time, prepare the sauce and salad.
Let's start with the sauce
It is done elementary and fast. And, by the way, it is well suited to fried or baked potatoes, to fish, chicken, vegetables.
In a bowl, spread the yogurt and chopped greens, squeeze out the garlic, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and mix
We put the sauce in the fridge and go for the salad.
Lettuce let's rip out our hands, put the leaves of the arugula in the salad bowl whole, add the basil leaves, the tomatoes cut in half. With olives drain the liquid and put them to a salad. Salting, sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil
Salad is waiting for its time, and we are preparing everything for breading cheese.

For dry breads it is possible to dry the white bread in the oven and grind it. If you use ready-made bread crumbs, it is better to read the composition and make sure that they do not contain any "improvers" _
Each slice of cheese is rolled in flour, dipped in lezones, and then rolled in breadcrumbs. It should be ensured that the breading layer is sufficiently dense, so the cheese will flow less when it starts to melt during frying
We heat the oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the pieces of cheese to a ruddy color
Spread on a paper towel for just a few seconds, so that the excess oil is soaked. And just as quickly we shift the cheese to a plate, since the most delicious it is while hot and liquid. Served with salad and sauce
