Hot beef with mushrooms and sesame (photo + reciepe)

Today, a recipe for those who love more sharply.

Get fire extinguishers! Cooking Beef with mushrooms and sesame in Asian style

Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • beef - 500g,
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc. (I have half of yellow and red),
  • fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms or shiitake) - 200g,
  • onion green - 50g,
  • pepper spicy red - 2-3 pcs.,
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons,
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons,
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons,

For marinade:

  • red dry wine - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • ginger (grated fresh) - about 1 tsp,
  • garlic (passed through the press) - 1-2 cloves.

Preparation:

We cut beef in small flat slices, combine all products for marinade, mix with meat and leave for about 15 minutes

While marinating meat, cut the sweet pepper into strips, mushrooms slices, hot chili peppers. We chop the green onions at an angle with long "feathers". Slowly saute sesame in a dry frying pan

Warm up the vegetable oil in the wok and literally one or two minutes fry in it champignons, sweet peppers and chili

We take out the vegetables from the wok and fry the beef in it until it is brown

Remove the wok from the fire and return it to the vegetables

Add the green onions

Pour another couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, stir.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh green onions

On the side dish we had rice noodles of our own cooking _ (but that's another story ...) _

p.s. If you do not really like hot, then boldly reduce the amount of chili pepper in two, not in three, but preferably five times)))
