Oat pancakes with two fillings. Correct Sunday Breakfast (recipe + photo)

Today I came with a healthy meal)

Here are such pancakes in the weekend indulge, on weekdays to cook (and there is) a full breakfast for me is akin to a feat.

If you need a useful and simple breakfast, or you simply do not know how to feed the oatmeal of a resisting child or spouse, then perhaps you will like this option.

We prepare oatmeal pancakes with two curd fills

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for one pancake:

  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.,
  • oat flakes - 3 tablespoons,
  • kefir or drinking yoghurt - 4 tablespoons,
  • flax seeds, sesame seeds or seeds - if desired

Ingredients for one pancake filling:

  • cottage cheese - 3 tablespoons,
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.

In addition, the content to choose from

  • greens (dill, parsley) - to taste,
  • salt

Or

  • peach or any other fruit,
  • sugar - 1 tsp,

Preparation:

It's much more pleasant to have breakfast together than alone, so we'll cook two pancakes and two options for filling at once.

We take 2 bowls and in each mix a portion of food for 1 pancake:

Oat flakes are poured with yogurt or yogurt, add egg, flax seeds and a pinch of salt.

Shake with a fork and leave for 3 minutes

We heat the non-stick frying pan and lay out on it a portion of the oat mixture.

Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook until the pancake is completely baked, without turning (otherwise it may break)

For the filling of cottage cheese with sour cream (immediately for two pancakes) we mix in a blender, we chop the greens, cut half peaches with slices, after removing the skin

We spread the finished pancake on a plate, from above we put half of cottage cheese on one party of a pancake and we sprinkle with greens, it is possible to salt cottage cheese to taste

We cover with a free edge of a pancake and we serve

The second pancake is baked the same way. Spread on it the second half of the curd filling, peaches and sprinkle with sugar

Frantic sweeties can complement their breakfast with a spoon of jam or jam
