🍲 Spicy Paste with Chicken

Ingredients
1 pinch of salt
2 pcs. Chicken breasts
400 g Rice spaghetti
1 pinch Basil
1 pc. Lemons
1 bunch of parsley
2 l Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
2 tablespoons Curry paste
2 tablespoons Oil
1 link Wild onion

Method of preparation
1. Chicken breasts, cleaned and cut into halves, fry in a large frying pan. Add the curry paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
2. Add the fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and chicken broth and mix thoroughly.
3. In hot water for 10 minutes or according to the directions on the pack, soak the rice spaghetti, drain well and add to the chicken breasts and sauce.
4. Before serving, transfer the dish to warm dishes and season with spices and finely chopped onions.
