2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder, approx. 1 packet
1 tsp. salt
2 egg (s), beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Mix the dry ingredients first. Then mix the wet ingredients and pour over. Stir quickly until there are no more large lumps. Heat some oil in a pan and take 2 spoonfuls of dough per cake. Bake with the oven at level 2. If the bubbles burst, see if the bottom is brown. Then turn around.
