CHARD WITH ONIONS & GARLIC
Recipe Servings: 6
Ingredients
two tbsp olive oil
two medium onions
six garlic cloves
half cup white balsamic vinegar
two bunches Swiss chard
half cup walnut halves
quarter tsp salt
quarter tsp pepper
PROCEDURE
In a six qt. stockpot, heat oil over medium-high flame. Put onions; cook and mix till tender. Add garlic; cook one minute longer.
Put vinegar, Mixing to loosen any browned bits from pot. Put remaining ingredients; cook four to six minutes or till chard is tender, mixing occasionally.
