Today I will share with you this simple recipe of Stir fry noodles , this time we will cook them as they are prepare in "Chifas" (Chinese/Peruvian Restaurants)
Some tools/Ingredients I used , will be at the bottom of the post
Tallarin Saltado | Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Chicken Breast cut into strips
- 2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons of minced ginger
- 4 Portions of cooked pasta
- 2 Bell peppers in Julianne
- 2 Cups of Snow peas
- 1 Cup of Green onion (white part)
- 2 Cups of Cooked Broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Allspice
- 1 Pak choi into Julianne
- 5 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- Teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Steps :
- In a hot wok/pot Season your chicken with allspice , salt and pepper cook it 2 min per side then reserve.
- In the same pot add ginger, garlic and let it cook until tender
- Add Veggies , saute them then add chicken , noodles , soy sauce , stir.
- Finish the dish with a pinch of sugar and the sesame oil.
