I used half of the 1.5 kg zucchini we harvested last week and stuffed it with some nice ingredients from our garden and some additional herbs from the garden.
Hope you enjoy and maybe you'll like to try it out on your own.
Ingredients :
700g Zucchini
150g Golden Millet (you can use other grains of your choice)
300ml Water
1 big Japanese bunching onion
2 Onions
1 Paprika
1 Carrot
1 Garlic bulb
some Cheese to gratinate
some flat leaf parsley
some curly parsley
some sage
some marjoram
some leek
some basil
2 tea spoons green pesto
salt + pepper
Preparation
- Cook the golden millet for about 10 minutes with 2x the amount of water (here it's 150g = 300ml)
- Fry the vegetables and add some pesto at the end.
- Mix it with the golden millet.
- Fill your zucchini
- Garnish with cheese
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 170Β°C
- Serve with love
