This is awesome! I always thought you needed a smoker to make jerky, and had to run that thing for 13 weeks or something. (No wait, that's powering down Steem...) But seriously I thought you needed expensive equipment.
The woods around my house are crawling with deer. No gun, though, so I might have to rassle one down by hand. Until then I might just buy some beef.
Do you recommend a particular cut?
