做法:
1,鸡腿肉加入腌料拌匀腌10分钟,然后放进热油中泡一泡,捞起沥干油分。
2,冬菇,蘑菇,红萝卜和甜豆放进滚水中烫一烫捞起,沥干水分
3,烧热2大匙油,放入(1)和(2)料炒香,加入调味料和白饭大火炒匀及香,用碟盛起
4,“中间挖个凹洞,趁热将蛋打入,享用时拌匀即可

Combine chicken cubes with marinade and dee-fry in hot oil for a short while. Dish and drain.
Blanch black mushrooms, button mushrooms, carrot, honey peas in boiling water for a short while. Dish and drain.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil, add in (1) and (2) and stir-fry until well mixed. Add in rice, seasoning and stir- fry until well mixed and aromatic. Dish up. on
Make a well on the center of fried rice and break in egg When serve, stir the raw egg le with hot fried rice until well mixed and serve hot.
