it's small fish dipped in to the paste of turmeric and red chilies and fried native to the South Indian regional Chettinad (name of place ). It's a crispy and spicy appetizer dish.

Rajma

It's as like Kidney beans in a thick gravy popular across North India.The rajma mostly eat with rice and also eat with bread

Pani puri

It's a small crisp hollow ball made with wheat powder breaded filled with spiced water and tamarind paste, potato, onion, and chickpeas.

Tandoori chicken

Small chicken pieces marinated for one hours in paste of yogurt and spices put in fridge. After then roast ( traditionally ) in the clay oven called the tandoor.

Rati roll

It's a traditional street food popular across in India and abroad. it is a wrap of kebabs, eggs and vegetables, lightly spiced rolled into paratha (a type of bread). .
