Recipe: Sweetmealt wheat Flour Asian Foods

Hey, Foodies Community all across the world Welcome to my recipes where you get the recipes of Asian Culture's Food.

Today I want to share this quick and sweet dish recipe with you which is widely used in Pakistan as this is easy to make.

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour: 1 ½ cup
  2. Boiled milk _ 1 ½ cup
  3. Sugar _ 1 cup
  4. Cardamom _ 2
  5. Ghee/oil _ 1 cup

Procedures:

  • For sugar syrup:
  • Add 1 cup sugar to 1½ cup of boiled milk and add 2 cardamoms.
  • Mix it well until sugar is completely dissolved and turns into a syrup form.
  • Set sugar syrup asides.
  • Take 1 ½ cup of wheat flour and stir continuously for 5-8 minutes (until flour colour turns from white to golden brown in a colour)
  • Add 1 cup oil/ghee and mix it well continue into the flour to avoid Lums. (mix for 5 minutes)
  • Add 1-½ cup sugar syrup in the flour mixture and mix well for 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns into a thick form.
  • Dessert is ready.
  • Garnish your dessert with dry fruits and serve.
