Today I want to share this quick and sweet dish recipe with you which is widely used in Pakistan as this is easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour: 1 ½ cup
- Boiled milk _ 1 ½ cup
- Sugar _ 1 cup
- Cardamom _ 2
- Ghee/oil _ 1 cup
Procedures:
- For sugar syrup:
- Add 1 cup sugar to 1½ cup of boiled milk and add 2 cardamoms.
- Mix it well until sugar is completely dissolved and turns into a syrup form.
- Set sugar syrup asides.
- Take 1 ½ cup of wheat flour and stir continuously for 5-8 minutes (until flour colour turns from white to golden brown in a colour)
- Add 1 cup oil/ghee and mix it well continue into the flour to avoid Lums. (mix for 5 minutes)
- Add 1-½ cup sugar syrup in the flour mixture and mix well for 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns into a thick form.
- Dessert is ready.
- Garnish your dessert with dry fruits and serve.
