Matcha has literally replaced all of the bad stuff I used to drink before (redbull, rockstar, monster). Can't live without it now! I like jade monk brand for convenience but, this smoothie packs much more nutrition! Here is a list of Matcha health benefits:

  1. Antioxidant powerhouse, one of the highest!
  2. Gives you energy but also provides mental calmness due to the amino acid L-Theanine found in the matcha leaves.
  3. Helps increase memory and concentration.
  4. Increases your metabolism; burns fat.
