While at a restaurant for dinner, I went out on a limb (least for me it was) and ordered a dish called Pasta Carbonara, I figured "it has bacon, parmesan and pasta... how bad can it be!?". It did not disappoint, so simple yet so yummy! I looked on Pinterest and found this recipe from A Spicy Perspective.
