INGREDIENTS:
For the basis:
• dates 1 glass
• Oatmeal flour 0,5 glass
• almonds 3 tbsp. (ground)
For cream:
• apple puree 190 g
• 2 bananas.
• Carob 3 tbsp.
• water 150 ml
• agar-agar 2 tsp.
PREPARATION:
1. The underside of the springform pan of 19 cm in diameter should be covered with parchment. Dried fruits grind in a meat grinder, add nuts and flour, knead the dough, put it in a mold, tamp it evenly and put it in the fridge.
2. Crush the bananas and mix with apple puree and carob, beat the mixer a little.
3. Agar-agar mix with water, bring to a boil, boil as much as written on the package.
4. Whisk the chocolate mass with a mixer at low speed, pour the agar in a thin trickle, and continue to beat for another minute until the substance begins to thicken slightly.
5. Pour the cream into a mold and put it back in the refrigerator. Then walk with a knife along the edge of the cake and gently take off the edge of the mold.

You can use a carob, cocoa or coffee, or a combination of these. But choose the proportions yourself. They have different properties, different degrees of moisture absorption.
