INGREDIENTS:
• 400 g of flour
• 500 g of cabbage
• 100 ml of water
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
PREPARATION:
1. Mix the sifted flour with water, salt, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Leave the dough for half an hour.
2. Prepare the filling: finely chop cabbage, fry in oil for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
3. Take a little more than half of the dough, roll it out and put it in the form on baking paper. Lay out on the top the filling, cover with the second part of the dough, latching the edges so that the cabbage does not break out.
4. Bake a pie with cabbage in the oven, heated to 190 ° C, for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
