Ahh too bad this needs an oven :( Looks delicious though! I didn't know collagen hydrolysate was used for that purpose. Also, I haven't tried carob, but I've heard about it a bunch of times before. I'm not sure if it's the same thing that litters many parking lots here though. If it is, then I'm going to make a huge fortune haha!

I'm going to do the coconut flour version today, and will try making something like pikelets with a bit of the mix, so you can try them.

Well, I have to say the collagen hydro wasn't really that successful in this case, as they were a bit crumbly. I use it in smoothies and to make mousse like puddings mostly. I've tried it in protein bars once or twice, but you have to be very careful not to use too much or it can lead to a bad case of cotton mouth!

:O ahhh well ... haha hmm that's certainly something to consider haha! Looking forward to seeing how that one turns out!
