Chicken with pineapple
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (fillet) - 2 pcs.
Celery - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Ginger - 30g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Turmeric -. 1/2 tsp.
Fresh Pineapple - 1/2 pcs.
Red Onion - 1/2 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Pepper red chili - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 30 g
Buckwheat soba noodles - 100g
Cilantro - 3 branches
Cream 22% - 250 g
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken breast. Carrots cut into julienne, chop the onion, garlic, chilli and ginger.
2. From the pineapple halves (green part), cut the pulp (core). Cut the flesh into cubes and mix with the rest of the previously chopped ingredients in a bowl.
3. Preheat the frying pan (or wok). Fry in vegetable oil all ingredients (chicken, carrots, onions, garlic, pineapple, ginger, chili) for about 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Pour in the cream. Add turmeric, salt and pepper. Boil for some time, reduce the heat, for 3 minutes.
5. Chop the coriander and celery, add to the pan and stir. Simmer, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
6. Separately dip the noodles in a saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes (noodles should have time to become soft, but not digested). Unfold the noodles in a colander, rinse with a little water and allow to drain.
7. Put the chicken in half a pineapple. In a separate bowl Put the noodles. The dish is ready.

That's absolutley amazing.
I made it simmilat, but i never added turmeric. I'm going to try what's the diffrence in taste.
Idea of serving the dish in the pinapple i will use for sure! Nevet thought of that before! Thanks for the idea!
