Lemon marmalade with no sugar - for the sweet tooth with a wasp waist!
🔸 100 grams - 55.73 kcal
Ingredients:
grated lemon peel - 1 tbsp. l.
gelatine - 50 g
lemon juice - 350 g
 Stévia  to taste
Preparation:
Grate 1 tbsp. l. lemon peel. Squeeze the juice of a lemon. Bring juice with zest to a boil and boil over low heat for about 5 minutes. Strain. The liquid add gelatin, stir. After the gelatin has dissolved, add  Stévia , mix thoroughly.
Once the liquid has cooled slightly, pour it into a rectangular container, covered with baking paper. Remove the form of marmalade in the fridge for 10 hours.
We get a frozen fruit jelly from the refrigerator, take out together with paper from the mold, turn over a layer on a cutting board, cut with a sharp knife into small squares. Store the finished marmalade in the fridge.
