Last week, I made Soy Ginger Lamb Chops over a bed of crispy, oven-roasted Asparagus! The chops were so juicy and full of flavor! First, I lightly seasoned the chops with salt and pepper as to not take away from their natural flavor. I pan-seared them in olive oil and then added whole garlic cloves, chopped ginger, soy sauce and a bundle of fragrant herbs. As the chops simmered, I basted them in their own juices. I then finished the chops in the oven. They were left with a beautiful golden brown color and they were so soft and buttery! I can't wait to make this recipe again!
