PINEAPPLE YOGURT SMOOTHIE
1 Cup Diced Pineapple
1 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Ice
1 Tablespoon Honey
COMBINE the ice, fruit, yogurt, and honey.
BLEND the until ice is crushed.
WHIP until smooth
