Greek Salad

This Greek Salad can be thrown together in mere minutes, making it as easy as it is delicious. This symphony of mediterranean ingredients makes for a tasty, fresh addition to any meal. Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup chickpeas
  • 1 cucumber
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

1.Halve the tomatoes, dice the cucumber, set aside.
2.Place half of the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.On top of the greens, layer 1 half of the tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, cucumber, feta, and sunflower seeds.
3.Repeat the previous step with the remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!

That's more like how it looks. Not all ingredients are important, the typical one has tomate,onions,cucumber,feta and olive oil, you make a very special one
