Linguine pasta
Broccoli
Garlic
Olive oil
Anchovies
Chily
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Very simple but effective!
Boil the broccoli for few minutes in the same water where you will cook the pasta later, take them out of the water and cut the broccoli keeping the stalks because you need to blend them with some olive oil and salt to create a puree.
Now sauté the chopped garlic and chopped anchovies with the flowers of your tender broccoli and a touch of chily. Drop in the pasta and amalgamate with the "soffritto"... Now you are ready to plate.. 😊
