Hello a recept from my wife for a nice Rainbowcake.
INGREDIENTS:
Biscuit Dough,
16g vanilla sugar,
6x Eggs,
5x Coated Teaspoon of Baking Powder,
5x Tablespoon of warm water,
Food Coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple or others)
150g Flour,
150g Food Starch,
225g Sugar,
TOPPING:
1000g Cream Cheese,
500g White Choclate
PREPARATION:
You take the 6x Eggs and the 5x Tablespoon of warm water and put it together. You mix it until it becomes foamy.
Then add the 225g sugar and 16g vanilla sugar and continue stirring.
Next, mix the 150g flour with the 150g Food Starch and the baking powder in an extra container.
Then you take the extra container and mix to the foam but slowly not everything at once.Now spread the dough in the same amount on 6 small containers.
With a recipe, this corresponds to 120g - 130g of dough per container.Next you dye the dough.
You can choose a different color for each dough.Now you take the dough portions and put them in springform pans (recommend) 18cm - 20cm.
Back the dough portions individually for 10mins - 13mins at 190 degrees.
To save some time use 2 springform pans.The portions have to cool after the baking before you take it from the spring form.
After this you are finish with the bake progress.
Now it should looks like this:
Now you're going to the topping. First you melt the 500g white chocolate.
Then you take the 1000g cheese and beat it in a container creamy.
Then mix the melted chocolate with the creamy cheese.
Take the mixture and place it in the fridge to make it harder.
Now you can stack the portions one on top of the other.
Then wrapp the portions with the mixtur from the fridge.As soon as you have wrapped it put the cake back into the fridge.
FINISH
Now its looks like this:
Wait a day, then you can still decorate the cake, for example with smarties.
