This is one of those joints that will stand the test of time. Released by the infamous Atlanta hip hop duo Outkast which is comprised of Big Boi and Andre 3000. It dropped in 1998 on their album titled Aquemini, which is a mash-up of their zodiac signs (Big Boi is Aquarius Andre is Gemini).
From smoking a bowl or a joint, to taking off someone's pants slowly, to driving around on a warm sunny day with all the windows down and a light breeze, this flexible jam can fit a tonnnnn of occasions. I don't need to say much about it, just click and zone out to it. Enjoy steemit!
Outkast - SpottieOttieDopaliscious
Outkast is most likely about 70% of why I love rap music. Such a dope jam. They don't make them like this anymore.
They seriously don't man Outkast was so unique. Speakerboxxx/The Love Below was the first CD i ever purchased!
Nice. Stankonia was the first Rap album I ever bought.
Sadly my first cd was... uhh... Ace of Base...
Your first cd is way cooler than mine.
Dang I just had to google them! no shame dude. The first music I ever really connected with was Bye Bye Bye by N'Sync hahahahaha. 5 year old me got down to it
Ace of Base are legends, nothing to be ashamed of... 'The Sign' is a 90s-defining song...
Yeah this smooth horn-driven jam always was one of my favorite outkast songs too.
Great song to get your day started or end it.
I know. Probably some of the best horn arrangements I've heard I love it so much
Awesome track! And this album is a classic...one of my favorite albums and probably my most-played album out of all of the albums that I own.
Do make sure you check Outkast's first two albums as well!
Yea dude I love this one! I've been meaning to sit down and throroughly check out their early albums for the longest time. I'll get around to em eventually!
It's hard to say which of the two is better...but they're both so worth checking out. So many more great Outkast tracks to discover...
Oh you getting jive today? This album was so ferocious, Outkast ran the 90s. Da Art of Storytellin' off this album is fucking heat, but low key ATLiens is their goat album. So many dudes sampled their works, this bassline is everywhere... I love Jazzy Belle, Weezy used this shit and killed it too.
Dude Outkast was just on another fuckin level back then. This shit is fuckin FIRE! That album artowrk too? OOH
