In everything we do, we need that space and time to grow. The space and time of self and given by others as well. In relationships, we need support, patience and understanding for it to grow to it's fullness. We need to have and give freedom.
In the lack of this space, things die. They never get a chance to grow. Life is just like plants, animals and nature. If not given space, they die, or they grow as much as the space is given to them.
Recently, in the fish aquarium shop I saw very large parrot fishes, much larger than what I have seen. I asked the shop guy about the reason of this growth. Was it some different breed? He said that it was only that space that was given to the fishes to grow that made them huge.
After that, my mind got stuck in what he said. I was almost upside down in my thinking. The bonsai of my mind was gone and I had started thinking real more than artificial. In nature, things grow bigger and larger. Tall trees, huge birds, large animals and they grow for years because they are not uprooted.
The parrot fishes were kept in very large tanks and hence they grew large. So, he told me to keep my pet fishes in larger tanks to give them huge growth. My life has no growth, no financial, no relationships and no social too.
It is quite possible that I did not get enough space or chance to let things grow or build. Or maybe I myself didn't keep things in more space. I have been pondering on this bigger space things and I found that it is true. We need to enhance our thinking to new levels where there are no limitations to bound it.
Kids grow when they are given space. The space of everything, the space of nutrition, privacy, attention and so many factors. If everywhere it is limited and crowded, then there will be bonsai all around us.
We need to learn to give space (freedom) to ourself and to others as well. I am new on Steemit and I have realised that even here I need space to grow. I need time, dedication and support of other Steemians. Now how far it goes, I really do not know.
