It's important to note that you cant force yourself to move on. i think the most important thing that you can do is to rely on your friends and remind yourself that its all okay, even if it doesn't feel or sound okay. healing from a broken relationship is a different process for everyone.
I had a similar experience after my breakup a few years ago - dreaming about her. it was painful, but what helped me was to look into the meaning of the dreams and thinking about the feelings that they left behind in me and learning to be okay with those feelings. sometimes these things need to be addressed head on and, sometimes, it can be hurtful. but allowing yourself to feel the feelings that you do without letting them hold you back is always the best way to come to terms with them.
Don't beat yourself up for not immediately moving on.
