In that situation, I think if there was a measure of how turned off I could be, it would be a multiplicative of the two, not just a summation.
Funny enough, I have come across some 'live streamers' who play games and much like their attention whoring girl counter-parts who dress in sexually suggestive outfits whilst playing games (and nobody actually cares about what they're playing) , they too seemed more concerned about what people thought about the way they look than how they play the game.
