Three secrets which will keep a relationship together and three secrets which will take any relationship apart.

I'm gonna share with you what I've learned along my journey. The ego, as tiny as it is, it's huge! It's a three-letter word that can destroy a 12 letter word called a relationship.

The three secrets are our consciousness, ego and stress. Now, when you don't have the same level of consciousness as someone else, which means awareness, you drift apart.

Seven-day vegan challenge, if you love animals we're gonna get along just fine, we now have the same level of consciousness and the relationships come together, if you dont, then we drift apart.

Ego, if my ego is huge! and your ego is huge, then we drift apart. When the ego dissolves we come together.

Stress, when i'm stressed and your stressed, we start blaming each other, we move apart. When the stress levels decrease we have more appreciation we come together.

When we have the same level of consciousness we see each other. When the ego dissolves, we feel each other. When the stress levels decrease, we BE with each other. It's that simple.

Don't let work, money, stress and society destroy your happiness. Life is good, make sure to live it to the fullest. Make sure to love, and to be loved. Be with someone that makes you happy. Be well, take care, and have a good day.
