"I keep your words in my heart, that I may not sin against you." (Psalm 119:11)
Keeping the Word of the Lord is the only way to be immune to the temptations that Satan throws on our way to bring us down. It is the faithful Word of the Lord, guarded in our hearts, occupying our minds and influencing all our daily attitudes that will make us stand firm in an age that seems so propitious to turn away from the Lord. "... The words that I have spoken to you, are spirit and are life." This biblical passage gives us all the fullness of God, for Christ himself is the Word made flesh, and "in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily." The prophet Ezekiel was challenged to eat the Word.
Every time we eat the bread that the Lord gives us, as in Ruth 2:14 "... she has eaten and is filled, and yet is left over," we feel sated and strengthened spiritually, just as we feel physically well after a long meal . We are filled with the truth of the Lord, which Christ reveals to us through His Word. Our heart finds peace through the words of Jesus, for He Himself is the target of our love and our anxiety. Our hope is satisfied, for what else should we expect except in Him who speaks to us? What greater thing could we desire, we who are tempted than to turn to the Word of God, in order to have more of Christ ?!
One way to keep God's word in our hearts is by meditating on God's word. When we meditate, it's like we are eating and digesting the word until we become one with it.Just like the Bible says "And the word became flesh"
Amen like that is he is our fullness and we must keep blessings
