Yes the right way....I heard an example once where your words are like putting a nail in board. If you apologize for saying something, well that is good start, but then that nail gets removed. Although the nail has been removed and an apology took place there still is a nail hole where the nail was and that is not so easy to fill back in again. We must speak the truth but we must do it always with kindness and love!
