Too often, we get angry, out of control, and damage things, people, and ourselves. Truly, the mess we create is a reflection of the mess that is a chaotic hurricane within us. Bondage to anger represents giving control to an emotion that has no limits, boundaries, or barriers. Words are said, people are hurt, and these things cannot be taken back. You can replace what you have broken, you can piece back together the object that is damaged, but you can never truly change how you made someone feel. Bondage to anger should never be an excuse, should never be justified by the way you were raised, and should not be excused because of your genetics. Be free from anger, for the Bible states “Be angry, and sin not; nor let the sun go down on your wrath.” (Ephesians 4v26) This is not a mystery that you can seem to be nonchalant, avoiding, and unwilling to change. The process is simple, even though the reactions of people and the emotions of yourself will make every fiber of being you are made up of to create excuses. Learn through the Word of God to relax, through the peace of God thick clearly, and after prayer to then take action. You will find yourself free from the slavery of anger, and in bondage to the spirit of joy. Be free, be yourself, be joy.
