Bondage of Bitterness

Life happens, from the day you are born to the day you die. However, this life is shorter than you believe, even when you think you desire to rush to be an adult when you are a child. However, life was not given to be bitter, but to have joy. Everyday will not be easy, nor will everyday go the way you have planned. The ultimate goal, is to never hold on to the things you cannot change, the situations you could not stop, and the anger and pain you felt from who disappointed you. These roads lead to bitterness. This slavery of bitterness will cause you to hate the life you have, hate those who gave you life, and treat those that mean you well as if they are trying to take you life. Why spend time being bitter with the ability to open you eyes? What if you are blind? Can you still move your hands? No arms? Can you still walk? No hand or arms but can still have a voice? Look, never spend time complaining about what you do not have because the opportunity you were not afforded and spend d time being thankful working with the skills and blessings that you were given. Do not let the slavery of bitterness chain you to disappointment, despair, and depression. Instead, allow the joy of the lord to be your strength, allow God to place people around you that have joy, and find joy in the fact that you still have life. Be blessed, be encouraged, and always be yourself.
